Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-06-21

These terms describe the production rules for using the platform as an AI-assisted business operating system with accounting, estimating, customer intake, billing, files, reports, and office workflow features.

These public terms are implementation-ready product copy for launch preparation. Final legal approval, company details, jurisdiction choices, and support contacts must be confirmed by the owner before public paid launch.

Account ownership

Each workspace belongs to the company or organization that creates it. The first verified user is treated as the owner unless the company later designates another authorized owner. Users are responsible for keeping account access, staff permissions, and company information accurate.

Company policy automation

The platform can create and process estimates, invoices, customer messages, reminders, reports, and administrative tasks under the company's configured policies. Exceptions are escalated when required information is missing, confidence is low, a dispute exists, unusual money movement is detected, legal or tax judgment is required, or no configured business rule applies. Final responsibility for business records and filings remains with the customer.

Business records

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their business records, tax settings, prices, invoice terms, uploaded files, payment status, and reports. The platform is designed to assist with bookkeeping and operations, not to replace legal, tax, accounting, insurance, engineering, or trade-professional judgment.

Trials, billing, and cancellation

Self-serve accounts may start with a trial. Paid access, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are handled through hosted billing surfaces and are also summarized in the refund and cancellation policy.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, abuse, security risk, unlawful use, attempts to bypass automation policies, or use that threatens other tenants, providers, infrastructure, or customer data.
