This policy protects customers, tenants, providers, and the platform from abuse while allowing legitimate business operations.

These public terms are implementation-ready product copy for launch preparation. Final legal approval, company details, jurisdiction choices, and support contacts must be confirmed by the owner before public paid launch.

Permitted use

Use the platform for lawful business administration, customer management, estimating, invoices, payments, records, reports, files, internal assistant workflows, and reviewed communications.

No unlawful or abusive activity

Do not use the platform for fraud, harassment, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, unauthorized outreach, spam, evasion of provider rules, malware, credential theft, or attempts to access another tenant's data.

No bypassing safety gates

Do not bypass approval gates, tenant isolation, billing controls, audit logs, protected provider boundaries, file restrictions, rate limits, or security checks.

Sensitive operations

Legal, financial, tax, insurance, safety, payroll, customer commitment, and deletion/offboarding workflows must be reviewed by authorized people before final action.

Enforcement

Accounts may be limited, suspended, or terminated when activity threatens customers, providers, infrastructure, other tenants, legal compliance, billing integrity, or the reliability of the service.
