The platform uses AI-assisted workflows to reduce office, estimating, bookkeeping, and administration workload while keeping business-critical decisions reviewable by authorized people.

These public terms are implementation-ready product copy for launch preparation. Final legal approval, company details, jurisdiction choices, and support contacts must be confirmed by the owner before public paid launch.

What AI may do

AI features may help intake leads, summarize calls or notes, draft customer follow-ups, prepare estimates, classify receipts, explain reports, suggest tasks, prepare owner briefings, and help users find information inside their workspace.

What AI may not do by default

AI must follow the company's configured automation policy for customer messages, estimates, charges, records, and workflow changes. Exceptions are escalated when required information is missing, confidence is low, a dispute exists, unusual money movement is detected, legal or tax judgment is required, or no configured business rule applies. Protected phone-provider setup remains outside this surface.

Human review

AI-generated drafts, estimates, invoice actions, accounting classifications, legal/admin reminders, and customer communications should be reviewed by the owner or an authorized user before relying on them for business decisions.

Accuracy limits

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Measurements, prices, tax treatment, filings, contract obligations, and customer commitments must be checked against source records, site conditions, provider evidence, and professional judgment.

Auditability

AI-assisted actions should leave enough evidence for review, including company scope, source records, approval status, sanitized provider references, and whether customer-facing action was only drafted or actually sent.
